Welcome to House of Plaster, operated by Polished Stucco ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or enrolling in our training courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. 1. General Provisions & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia for any disputes arising out of or related to the use of this website or the purchase of our products.

2. Product Representation & Natural Variations

Our natural plasters, including Mineral Lime, Marmorino, and Venetian plasters, are derived from authentic, natural materials. Because of this, slight shade variations and pigment changes may occur between batches. This is a natural characteristic of the materials and is standard across the industry.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Slight variations in color, texture, or finish compared to digital representations or past batches do not constitute a defect.
• We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
• We strongly advise purchasing sample sizes to test color and texture before committing to a full project order.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be granted based on natural shade or pigment variations.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Polished Stucco, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

4. Professional Application Warning

While our products are available for purchase by the general public, natural plasters require specific techniques, preparation, and conditions for proper application. We highly recommend that our products be applied by trained professionals or artisans.

We are not responsible or liable for any unsatisfactory results, property damage, or labor costs incurred due to improper substrate preparation, incorrect application techniques, or failure to follow product guidelines. Any advice or instructions provided by us, whether written or verbal, is offered as a courtesy and does not create a warranty or assume liability for your specific project outcome.

5. Pricing and Availability

Submitting an order request does not complete a purchase or charge a payment method. We will confirm stock, delivery, taxes, and the final total before issuing an invoice. A purchase is accepted only when we expressly confirm it and the invoiced payment terms are satisfied. Prices for our products are subject to change before that confirmation. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

6. Order Review, Acceptance, and Contract Copy

Before an order is accepted, you will have an opportunity to review and correct the products, quantities, delivery information, and contact details supplied with your request. Our final confirmation or invoice will identify the supplier and products and will set out the itemized product price, applicable taxes, delivery charges, total amount in Canadian dollars, payment terms, delivery details, and the applicable cancellation, return, exchange, and refund terms.

You may accept or decline those final terms. After acceptance, we will provide you with a copy of the resulting agreement by email or another method you can retain. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
