Materia Viva Base

MATERIA VIVA is a textured plaster based on lime that rediscovers the natural materials typical of the Italian and Mediterranean architectural heritage, with an innovative and sustainable approach. MATERIA VIVA is a container of 4 different effects that represent different facets of nature: the unique powder base, mixed with the COCCIOPESTO, CONCHIGLIA, POMICE, MOSAICO, CANAPA and SUGHERO aggregates, brings to life recycled raw materials, in line with circular economy processes. Materia Viva Cocciopesto is a modern interpretation of the classic cocciopesto plaster, present in historic buildings and architecture of various Italian cities. Materia Viva Conchiglia is made up of small shell fragments for a structured surface with bright and mother-of-pearl inserts. Materia Viva Pomice, with its volcanic origin, recalls the mortars and finishes of our architectural heritage. Materia Viva Sughero, with its compact appearance and soft touch, reminds of natural fiber fabrics.Materia Viva Canapa is made from selected plant fibers that give the surface an authentic, textured and natural look. Materia Viva Mosaico combines stone aggregates and polychrome fragments to create bright and sophisticated decorative surfaces inspired by mosaic tradition.
